Gymnasium
The gymnasium features an extensive range of the latest cardio vascular equipment from Life Fitness. Each of the cardio vascular stations includes its own television and radio and we offer a wide range of channels to choose from. Our friendly and highly trained gym team are on hand to offer advice, guidance and motivation, they will also build training programmes specific to your individual requirements. Aerobic Dance Studio
Included in the membership is a comprehensive class schedule, they are a great way to increase self motivation through the teachings our highly trained instructors. We strive to continually update and adapt the classes through staff training and the adoption of modern techniques. Please see the downloadable lists:

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 12.5 metres in length and is surrounded by real slate tiles, the temperature is balanced so that it is warm enough to float around and relax and cold enough for those wishing to take in some invigorating lengths.

Spa Pool
A small pool, heated to approximately 34C and includes jets for massage purposes, it is an excellent way to relieve aches and pains. |

Sauna
Sauna’s have a very low humidity level, which allows for the high air temperature to be tolerated for long periods of time. There are many health benefits attributed to using saunas, these include promoting cellular activity, improved circulation and skin nourishment. |

Steam Room
Like the sauna, the steam room also induces sweating to provide a comprehensive cleansing of the skin but also provides an excellent treatment for many respiratory problems through steam inhalation. |

Tropicarium
Is a mixture of a sauna and a steam room, thus giving many health benefits but above all, all three rooms are perfect for relaxing and letting the worries of the world disappear. |
