With over 12 years experience working in the military world, Jonny brings a simplistic approach to training. Hard work achieves results, no gadgets, no gizmos.

Jonny is a Scotland ex international rower who now regularly competes in the world of ultra running, covering distances from 26.2 miles to over 100. To compliment the trail running and pavement pounding Jonny uses crossfit style workouts which utilize compound and bodyweight exercises. He is also a barefoot / minimalist runner.

Qualifications include gym instructor and personal trainer. Jonny will help achieve your goals from tackling your first 5k to living a healthier lifestyle.

Vharri McMinn
Exercise is the
key to a healthy
body and mind.

Vharri attended Aberdeen university to study sports and exercise science and joined Whitekirk Leisure in 2003. Vharri believes exercise is the key to a healthy body and mind.

Vharri has a keen interest in pilates and became an instructor in 2008. She believes in the importance of spinal health and uses core exercises as a central point for her exercise program design. Vharri swam competitively from an early age and now enjoys a variety of water sports and is currently learning to surf.

Qualifications include gym instructor and personal trainer.

Vharri will help achieve your goals from injury rehabilitation to living a healthier lifestyle.
